This experience lets you enjoy freshly made zaru tofu, known for its rich, creamy texture, along with tofu donuts made from tofu, okara, and soy milk.

Soy Sauce Brewing Experience at Katakami Soy Sause

At Katakami Soy Sause, you can join a guided brewery experience where you mix fermenting soy mash made from Nara-grown soybeans inside giant cedar barrels.
