  • Appetizers : 5 kinds of seasonal appetizers
  • Sashimi Plate : 3 kinds of sashimi
    *Sweetfish sashimi from June to August (for up to 6 people)
  • Grilled Dish : Salt-grilled wild sweetfish
    Note: Sweetfish may be unavailable around May. In that case, it will be replaced with grilled Spanish mackerel with saikyo-style seasoning or grilled salmon with yuanji
  • Deep-fried Dish : Sweetfish served with vegetable sauce
  • Steamed Dish : Seasonal vegetable stew
  • Simmered Dish (Plan 2 only) : Sweetfish cooked in a rural style or sweetfish cooked in miso
    *Either will be chosen depending on the sweetfish situation
  • Sushi : Grilled sweetfish with Japanese pepper sushi
  • Soup : Miso soup
  • Dessert : Seasonal dessert
